Chief of party Mongolia

Chemonics seeks chief of party candidates for the USAID-funded Mongolia Economic Policy Reform and Competitiveness project. The project will support policy changes to promote sustainable economic growth, increase investment opportunities, and improve trade and business efficiency.

Qualifications:
Degree in field related to project objectives, such as macro and microeconomic analysis, policy formulation, and advocacy
At least 10 years of experience managing large, multifaceted development projects
Extensive policy-related experience with counterparts at the highest levels of government and the private sector, preferably in countries transitioning from command-control economies
Demonstrated success in addressing policy implementation constraints and promoting public-private sector dialogue to advance economic reform agenda
Outstanding technical expertise and communication skills
Leadership skills and ability to develop and articulate a project "vision"
