Membership is open to all individuals, organizations, partnerships, institutions, and NGOs. There is no limit on the number of members this organization may admit. Each member is entitled to vote board of directories and staffs, participate all events, receive a wide range Mongolia related news, information, and other discounted activities. The qualifications for membership in this organization are as follows: the bylaws or provisions of law shall restrict or offer conditions to admit members. The organization shall have members who paid their annual dues. MCWA, bylaws this community, or provisions law, all membership shall have the same rights, privileges, conditions, and restriction.

MCWA's fiscal year is the calendar. Annual dues are payable by December 29 of every year. For new members joining in mid-year annual dues are assessed proportionally.
